Arthouse Restaurant-Bar

Arthouse Restaurant-Bar is newly open, only for dinner, from 5pm to 10pm daily.

Located besides the main pool, it was designed by international and local artists and architects, with stylish details in every corner.

Aside from especially curated dishes and cocktails, and carefully selected music, some nights there are different international live shows.

STARTERS and SALADS

Guacamole (VG) 190.-

Avocado pureé, burned cambray onion, coriander, olive oil.

lemon juice and crunchy saint leaf, pistacchios.

Sweet potato and banana chips.

Hummus with grilled vegetables (VG) 190.-

Smoked eggplant dip, and tzatsiki. Granada seeds, almonds.

Home made pita bread.

Tzasiki: grated cucumber, coriander and mint based dressing.

Green male banana toast 200.-

Quinoa salpicón, papaya, grilled onion, coriander, tomato,

Radish, lemon, cocoa oil.

Thai Salad (VG) 200.-

Brown rice, carrots, zucchini, celery, cabbage, seed mix,

tamarind dressing, soy sauce.

Crunchy Lentil Salad (VG) 200.-

Mix of green leaves, roasted tomatos, scorched broccoli,

toasted almonds, sliced oranges, almond (vegan) “cheese”.

Basil, honey and antique mustard dressing.

Smoked marlin empanadas 200.-

Smoked marlin sauted with onion, tomato, coriander, peppers

and witches vinegar (white vinegar with herbs and spices), guacamole.

French fries with tartar sauce and ketchup (VG) 160.-

Octopus, tempura shrimp and catch of the day, fried beans,

radish sprouts and coriander.

Sea Ceviche 300.-

Catch of the day, octopus and grilled shrimp, house marinade,

roasted onions, cucumber, jícama and coriander,

sweet corn, passion fruit vinagrette.

Rice pasta with vegetables 220.-

Sauteed baby carrots, Brussels sprouts, broccoli.

Sauteed with sea salt and a prepared soy sauce dressing.

 

HAMBURGUERS and SANDWICHES

Beef Burger 330.-

Melted provolone cheese, tomato, arugula, guacamole,

grilled onion and potato slices with home made ketchup.

Lentils and Brown Rice Burger (VG) 300.-

Linseed, sunflower seeds, sesame, polenta, celery,

carrots and parsley, spinach, smoked eggplant dip

and potatoe slices with home made ketchup.

Vegan “bacon” (made with carrots), and vegan “cheese” (made with potatoes).

Earth Sandwich (VG) 220.-

Homemade hummus, spinach, arugula, tomato, avocado, carrot bacon,

sweet corn. With french fries.                                                         

Breaded chicken sandwich 220.-

Fresh mozzarella, roasted tomatoes, arugula, peanut pesto

and orange honey, with potatoes or salad.

Homemade sponge cake moistened with 3 milks
